About Insurance Coverage

Smokey Point Acupuncture accepts all major medical insurance plans. To find out if your plan offers you coverage for medically necessary Acupuncture and/or Massage Therapy look in your insurance subscriber's handbook or call the phone number on the back of your insurance card. Be sure to ask your insurance provider if a referral from your primary care provider is required. Also, so that you are clear about what your Acupuncture and/or Massage Therapy treatment will cost you directly, ask if you have met your deductible for the year, how many treatments you will be covered for per year and what your copay will be for each treatment. Your copay will be due at the time of service.
